Propitas has successfully completed the refurbishment of two light industrial warehouse units on the Manor Royal estate in Crawley, delivering the project on time and to a high standard. The works have significantly upgraded the Units, including necessary EPC upgrades in conjunction with enhancing both their functionality and appeal in a competitive local industrial market. 

The refurbishment included both internal and external works, such as upgraded office areas, treatment of the warehouse floor finishes, and enhanced energy efficiency measures. The project was managed closely by Propitas to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruption to neighbouring occupiers.
