Propitas were appointed by our client to undertake schedules of condition in respect of circa 35 commercial properties located throughout the UK. The Propitas team had to work under extremely tight timescales aligning with the commencement of the new lease terms. The schedules record the condition of the properties at lease commencement limiting liabilities at lease expiry under dilapidations.
