Our strong relationship with Costa continues to flourish and is now cemented by a nationwide appointment for our Building Surveying services, providing acquisition surveys and asset management related advice. This year to date, we have successfully:

Completed 15 pre-acquisition building surveys for new openings across the South;

Coordinated over £120,000 of asset management works to a number of high priority FRI units;

Provided professional advice on a number of sensitive dilapidations cases;

Re-geared some of our service offering to feed accurate maintenance information in to a newly-created central database.
