Following a six month design and tender process, Propitas have appointed Graham Construction on behalf of Resolution Real Estate Advisers, to complete a three storey shell extension to Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre in Edinburgh. The 24 week contract is due to be completed at the end of this summer, with the new tenant taking occupation of the 20,000 sq ft unit in time for opening this Christmas.
