Propitas were approached by a national modular space provider, in order to inspect their various UK sites and report on the condition and any wants of repair which may be necessary in the short, medium and long term. The client wanted the reports to reflect the current condition of the sites, both within the report content and photographically and for Propitas to comment on any imminent repairs which may become apparent prior to lease expiry. We were able to inspect the four sites, which ranged from Newcastle to Wales, within a week of instruction and provide the completed reports a week thereafter.
