The final building has been refurbished at Genesis Business Park, Woking. Acting as project manager, contract administrator and cost consultant on behalf of Northwood Investors International, Propitas have certified practical completion of a significant Cat A refurbishment of circa 34,000 sq ft of office premises at Genesis One in Woking. Propitas have managed the refurbishment of a number of properties on this estate since 2012, but this project represented a flagship scheme for Northwood, and saw a comprehensive and high specification fit out implemented to the offices, central atrium and WCs. Northwood have already secured their first major tenant to the building.
