Working closely with the client and main contractor, Propitas have transformed this outmoded 1970s warehouse in West London.

The project included a full facelift of the front elevation by installing new windows and redecorating the cladding, upgrading the office areas and redecoration of the warehouse. One of the key project takeaways has been the significant improvement to the building’s energy efficiency, from an EPC rating of E to B.  This was achieved by introducing low carbon technology incorporating LED lighting and Air Source Heat Pumps in conjunction with thermal improvements to the building fabric.
