Propitas recently completed the repair and redecoration of a prominent Grade II listed building in the centre of Cambridge, comprising of retail units and offices.

Works included sensitive repairs to the decayed historic timber structure in consultation with the local authority, external redecorations, and the refurbishment of a retail unit and offices.  

The works were successfully completed within programme over two phases, despite the property being partially occupied and in a very busy city centre location.
