We have recently completed the first phase of a major Cat A office refurbishment in Bristol. The Pithay has been rebranded “Programme” following the refurbishment of 50,000 sq ft of the building, including a new entrance façade, reception, café shell and cycle hub. Propitas acted as project manager and cost consultant on the scheme for Resolution Property, with the construction work completed by Interserve.
