It has been another great year for Propitas, particularly with our in-house cost consultancy service stream being launched following the appointment of Phil Sheepy. As a result of a raft of new high value project instructions, we welcome Aaron Murphy as senior quantity surveyor, who joins us from RPS Group.

In addition, the continued flow of new instructions across the UK has meant the Birmingham office has appointed Lewis Antill as building surveyor, joining from Pick Everard. Lewis is currently working towards chartered status, and is due to sit his final assessment in November 2018.
