Acting as Employer’s Agent, Propitas have certified Practical Completion on Phase 1 of a wider 38,000 sq ft office refurbishment. Procured on a design and build basis, this former canteen used by IBM as part of their former headquarters site in Portsmouth, has had a cutting edge industrial look implemented, with great views out across the lake. Two of the three suites have already been let, with a further suite still available, and due for completion in August.
