Propitas have been appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on the significant refurbishment of King Edward House, New Street, Birmingham, to provide in excess of 70,000 sq ft of Cat A office accommodation. The scheme will include an enlarged reception; provision of amenity facilities and roof terraces; new mechanical, electrical and lift installations; all with a target of providing an energy efficient, sustainable product. Works are due to start in September 2021.
