Propitas have been appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for Nub & Ho Properties Limited on the Cat A refurbishment of 12 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham. The property comprises a Grade II listed office building located in the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area. The property consists of three stories of red brick, which was formerly a privately owned townhouse and factory built in circa 1780 and is approximately 3,000 sq ft. The proposal is for a full Cat A refurbishment including structural alterations to the basement to create a tenant useable area. Site works are planned to commence in Spring 2017.
