Following completion of a schedule of condition for the incumbent tenant, Propitas were then instructed to undertake a project management and contract administration role for the fit-out works at Fonteyn House, Reigate. The fit out included an agreed specification for full Cat B works to be provided for the planned move in date for the tenant. The programme was to be seven weeks with the AV package to follow on concurrently for one week, and finally, with the tenant moving in a week thereafter. Propitas managed the works through to completion on programme and on budget with all variations documented, agreed and progressed swiftly in order to complete the works on time. This included completion of the snagging items as the project progressed so as not to cause undue delays towards the end of the contract programme.
