Propitas were appointed by Wesleyan Assurance Society (The Landlord) as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant to implement a full refurbishment of The Manor House. This followed Wesleyan reaching a management agreement with Regus to provide serviced office space. Works included extensive replacements and repairs to the ceiling, wall and floor finishes, as well as full refurbishment of the WCs and the creation of new tea points. Complete replacements were also undertaken to the HVAC systems and lighting to improve sustainability and the EPC. The project was carried out to the complete satisfaction of the client and the incoming serviced office provider, who have already sub-let a good proportion of the property, with interest continuing to evolve.
