Propitas were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment of over 27,000 sqft of office and ancillary space within this four-storey property on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society. The works included refurbishment and subdivision to the first floor office space, with extensive improvements, upgrades and extension to the WCs, reception and centralised atrium area, completely transforming the space.
Complete replacements were undertaken to the HVAC systems to ensure comfort, with modernised CCTV and access control systems implemented. We also continued to improve sustainability by installing PV systems to the roof and EV chargers to the car park, all with the vision of providing an energy efficient product that our client can be proud of. Furthermore, the contract also included a tailored Cat B fit out for an existing tenant to suit their corporate requirements
