Following settlement of the dilapidations claim on behalf of the landlord (achieving 87% of the original claim value), we have been instructed to put in hand the refurbishment of these offices, including sub-division of the space to maximise flexibility of the offering to prospective tenants. Works involve the provision of new LED light fittings, refurbishment of the raised floors, new carpet tiles and redecoration of the space. Works are due to complete in May 2019 and will be available for letting via Hurst Warne.
