Working on behalf of a major UK bookseller, Propitas have been appointed to manage the restoration of this Grade II listed property in Lymington. The project includes essential repairs to the timber frame and a complete overhaul of the exterior including full redecoration. The works were procured following specialist investigation, including consultation with a timber pathologist and structural engineering input to ensure key features of the building are preserved. Post contract, we continue to work closely with the contractor as the works progress on site so that the required quality and standards of workmanship are met.
