Propitas have recently acted for a tenant taking a new lease on an existing 31,500 sq ft industrial warehouse & offices in West London. The property has been refurbished by the Landlord. We provided advice and negotiation with the Landlord’s representatives for them to execute an agreed schedule of works. We undertook interim and completion inspections to monitor the works and compliance with the agreed specification. On completion we prepared a Schedule of Condition to append to the new lease to protect the tenant’s interest, future repairing liabilities and dilapidations.
