Propitas recently managed the comprehensive refurbishment of a 1980s industrial property in Swindon. Works included the installation of roof mounted photovoltaic panels to provide a sustainable electricity source which enabled the existing gas fired heating installation to be removed and renewable heating and cooling to be provided. As a result, an energy performance ‘A’ rating was achieved.
