This is the third property on this business park that we have managed the refurbishment of in the last 12 months, with circa £750,000 worth of work already implemented prior to this scheme.
Having recently been vacated by a tenant, the fit out was dated and in need of modernising, with the previous occupier’s fit out still in-situ.
The client elected to speculatively refurbish this circa 6,000 sq ft stand alone office building to a high standard, including complete replacement of the WC fit out, new finishes in the office space, an enhanced reception and new mechanical and electrical installations.
Appointed as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and CDM Co-ordinator, we developed the brief and managed the works from inception through to completion.

Our close monitoring of the scheme and drive to get decisions made quickly, ensured that this project was delivered ahead of the contractual completion date. In addition, through ongoing design development and teamwork, we utilised the set budget to manipulate and improve the originally tendered scheme, to offer a much-improved end product, demonstrating flexibility to maximise the resources available.
