Propitas have been appointed to Project Manage the strip out of a number of office units at Genesis Business Park and implement a high spec cat A fit out to Unit 7. Works commenced on 22 April 2013, and will be completed in three phases with PC for Unit 7 programmed for 5 July 2013. The cat A works will showcase what can be achieved on the site, where a number of other units have just been vacated.
