Acting as Employer’s Agent, Project Manager and Cost Consultant, Propitas have instructed Estilo Interiors with respect to the Cat A refurbishment of over 17,000 sq ft of office accommodation at Pynes Hill Court, Exeter, for Wesleyan Assurance Society. The works include a comprehensive refurbishment of the common parts, as well as the provision of new shower facilities; and an enhancement of the building’s sustainability credentials, including PV panels, car charging points and energy efficient services installations. This project represents the second phase of significant refurbishment works on this estate, having delivered a similar scheme to the adjoining building in 2018. The works are due to complete in August 2022.
