Acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, Propitas have certificated Practical Completion of the refurbishment of part of this circa 30,000 sq ft, modern office building in Warrington. Originally appointed to carry out technical due diligence, and negotiate the dilapidations claim on the outgoing head tenant, we were subsequently instructed to procure the comprehensive serviced office fit out, which included a complete re-modelling of the WC facilities, formation of breakout spaces, as well as the creation of an enhanced communal courtyard overlooking the lake. The project was completed on time and on budget.
