Propitas were instructed by a government body in the capital, to project manage the internal and external refurbishment and repair of a health centre in Chelsea. The works were borne out of the requirement to hand the property back to the landlord in the necessary condition as required by lease clauses and covenants. The project works were initiated due to a schedule of dilapidations being served upon the tenant by the landlord. Propitas produced a specification and, following a competitive tender process, managed the project to completion, on programme for lease expiry. Despite many variations arising throughout the project we managed the works, and budget, to achieve a completion within the necessary timescales.
