Propitas have acted for Resolution Property in the acquisition of Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh; a 420,000sqft shopping centre, forming part of the fund’s European portfolio. Propitas led the pre-acquisition survey team within a compressed time scale as the deal approached completion and have now been instructed to project manage significant reconfiguration and re-modelling works to extract maximum value from the site. Plans include the creation of additional retail, food and seating space by extending the existing frame and infilling structural voids.
