BWI have now been appointed to undertake the £5m refurbishment and re-modelling of 20 Kingston Road, Staines-Upon-Thames. Works across the 40,000sqft offices will include CAT A refurbishment of G-4 floor offices, replacement curtain walling to elevations, structural alterations to increase NIA, feature reception, 3 new lifts and external hard/soft landscaping. A compressed programme will deliver the building to market in June 2014. Propitas are appointed Project Manager on behalf of Boultbee.
