Propitas are pleased to report the recent Practical Completion of the construction of a Costa Drive Thru in Pynes Hill, Exeter. Works commenced in March this year following a drawn out planning approval and s278 agreement process. The appointed contractor Conlon Construction (Nottingham) Ltd was excellent and works were completed on programme. The unit has already been handed over to Costa’s fit out team who have expressed their satisfaction with the unit.
