Propitas acted as PM and EA on a mixed use scheme on Camden Street in London acting for a private developer. The project comprised the demolition of an existing industrial building and construction of a new build development comprising 35 apartments, with a mix of private BTR and affordable units, and circa 20,000 sq ft of Cat A office space. Both the envelope and internal fit out were meticulously designed to an incredibly high standard, and BREEAM Excellent was achieved
