Propitas have been appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on the proposed development of a site in Rugby. The scheme has planning consent for 98 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, which is due to be built out for completion in 2020. This instruction represents the third PRS led development that Propitas have been appointed on in 2019.
