Construction work is now underway on our project in Richmond where we are acting as Project Manager. The existing office building will undergo a substantial transformation with an additional storey, extended floorplates, new facades and a full Cat A refurbishment to provide 28,000 sq ft of accommodation. Westgreen Construction are appointed to deliver the scheme in 12 months for Boultbee Brooks Real Estate and designed by Gpad London Ltd, GDC Partnership & Mendick Waring Ltd.
