Propitas were instructed by a national gym and fitness chain to undertake multiple pre-acquisition surveys across the UK. The surveys were of bingo halls in St Helens, Wrexham and Norwich. Each building measured circa 40,000 sq ft with further external grounds and parking areas. Propitas were able to inspect and report back on the buildings within seven working days of instructions being received. Following the submission of the pre-acquisition reports our clients were able to make a reasoned decision and put an offer in on the trio of premises, after getting comfort on some of the technical comments we raised within our report.
