Review of terminal dilapidations claim saves client 88%

Propitas were appointed to review a terminal dilapidations claim served on our clients, as part of their lease expiry, by the Landlord and to negotiate a settlement of the claim for the high-end premises in London, EC3. The 3,588 sq ft internal office space had been occupied for more than 12 years under internal repairing leases. The total claim was in the region of £149,000 however the total saving achieved for our Client amounted to more than £130,000 – an 88% saving from the original claim
