Tender documents have now been issued for the the £4m redevelopment of a 45,000sqft office building in Staines-upon-Thames. Since Propitas’ appointment in April, a full design team has been assembled with a fully coordinated cross-discipline tender package. Tenders are due to be returned early September, with a provisional start on site in November 2013. It is anticipated the building will be delivered to market June/July 2014.
